Responsibilities
Manage junior team made of permanent and freelance employees
Strategically lead on press placement across countries to ensure ongoing coverage targets are reliably met
Liaise with clients authoritatively, proactively and intelligently, as a first point of contact
Work closely with the Account Director to execute campaigns and projects, and meet KPIs
Manage account administration (e.g., supplier and client invoices)
Support on researching and writing high-quality content (reports, bylines, blogs, social media posts and other collateral as needed)
Review content drafted by junior staff and oversee timely delivery of materials to clients
Be highly organised, understanding the importance of efficient processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and proactively proposing solutions to problems
You’ll do great in the role if you:
are results driven.
have strong verbal and written communication skills.
have prior experience in account management or as a senior account executive
have prior experience in B2B PR & marketing (ideally 3+ years)
have excellent writing skills (C2 level in written English and/or German).
It’s a bonus if you:
have knowledge of financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, smart infrastructure and/or legal markets
have contacts in the relevant B2B industries
speak an additional language (ideally German but also Spanish, French, Swedish, Norwegian)
