Responsibilities
- Understand new and existing code
- Beamer users implementation and customization needs and help them leverage the product to realize the highest possible value
- Serve as single point of contact to clients
- Assess technical feasibility and necessary resources to satisfy clients needs
- Detail and translate client needs into GAP-lists and specific tasks and requirements into executable work packages for the Hungary-based development team
- Holistic management of one or multiple projects in parallel (prepare project plans, budgets, progress reports, presentations, schedules, etc.)
- Delivery of projects to clients satisfaction, on time and on budget
- Coordinate our Hungary-based software development team assigned to projects
Requirements for this role
- University degree (Masters) in technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in the management of complex IT Projects gained in consulting or industry
- Deep interest and good understanding of state-of-the-art IT development processes, tools and landscapes at large multinational organisations
- Knowledge of project management concepts, practices, and techniques
- Result-oriented and focused, agile personality who is not afraid of taking ownership and responsibility
- Ability to manage customers expectations; positive can-do attitude to influence and motivate others
- Fluent level of (business) English and Hungarian
- Willingness for international travel (up to 50%)
